Who we are
Goodfellows of Kokomo, Inc. is the longest-running Christmas gifting program for children in Howard County. It started in 1911 when Kokomo Tribune employees purchased gifts for families in need. The nonprofit organization has grown since thanks to generous volunteers and donors, including the largest funding program: We Care. Goodfellows of Kokomo, Inc. continues with no paid staff and no building overhead cost.
What we do
Each Christmas season, Goodfellows of Kokomo, Inc. oversees the distribution of clothes and toys for over 1,800 children in Howard County through one of our amazing programs or partnerships. The Marine Corps Toys for Tots and Cops4Kidz Partnered with Goodfellows provide toys while Goodfellows provides clothing vouchers to be used at Kohl’s when shopping. Want to know more?
